3-Day Check & Attend
Get a new passport within 3 days, without the need to attend a passport office.
How does our 3-Day Service work?
- 1. Send us your old passport – You post your old passport to us using Royal Mail Tracked 24. We'll give you full instructions to ensure it's secure and traceable.
- 2. We attend your appointment – On the day of your passport appointment, we attend on your behalf. Once approved, we wait at the Passport Office for your new passport to be printed (usually around 4 hours).
- 3. We send everything back to you – As soon as we've collected your new passport, we post both your old and new passports back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so they arrive safely the next day.
We ensure all your documents and photo meet the requirements, so your application is accepted without delay.

2 Day Check & Attend
Get a new passport within 2 days, without the need of attending a passport office.
How do we do this?
- 1. We arrange to pick up your old passport at a time/date/location that suits you.
- 2. We attend your passport appointment on your behalf. We then wait 4 hours at the passport office for your new passport to be printed.
- 3. Once we have collected your new passport, we hand deliver your old and new passport directly to your door (or other agreed location) the same day.
We ensure all your documents and photo meet the requirements, so your application is accepted without delay.

Change of Name Deed
An unenrolled deed-poll guaranteed to be accepted on a change of name application with the passport office. Sent to your door by post!
The passport office will also require you to provide one piece of name in use evidence with this document such as a bank statement/utility bill/driving licence, however the majority (but not all) of high street banks, utility companies and the DVLA will also accept this change of name deed.
Please note: For children change of name deeds, all parties with parental responsibility will need to sign (e.g. Mother & Father if named on Birth Certificate)
